Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit or debit cards, cash, checks, and gift certificates. No third party checks are accepted. If a check is returned unpaid by your bank, we assess a $35 NSF fee for each returned check. We understand that occasionally accidents happen, wallets or checkbooks get misplaced. If this happens, we reserve the right to request payment in full prior to performing any services.
All cancellations require a 24 hour notice so that we may have the chance to rebook your appointment time. Cancellations are accepted via phone (979-373-8084) or online at our genbook scheduling page accessible by clicking on the booknow button at TransformingMassage.vpweb.com (as long as it is 24 hours ahead). If you are not able to cancel online, you will still be responsible for calling and canceling. Please do not send an email to cancel an appointment. There is a fee of $25 for late cancellation. "No Shows" will be charged full price for missed appointment. If a gift certificate is being used as payment for an appointment and proper cancellation notice is not given, the gift certificate will be considered null and void at our discretion.
We realize and value the importance of your time and ask that you respect ours as well and that of our other clients. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time to avoid inconveniencing other clients and making the therapist run late for future appointments. In the event of late arrival, regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full charge for the time slot that was scheduled.
Gift certificates are valid for six months from the date of issue and must be presented at the time of payment. Please mention your gift certificate when scheduling your appointment. Gift certificates are valid for services only and not redeemable for cash.
Massage for Children or Minors
Any client under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the initial appointment to sign a consent form. At that time, the therapist will go over the client history and treatment plan with both the parent and child in the treatment room and will be able to answer any questions you may have. The parent may be present in the treatment room during the massage if desired.
We follow proper massage draping protocol. It is our strict business policy to use draping (sheet or clothing) with each and every massage. Even if the client is wearing their undergarments a sheet will be used. Please respect the professional boundaries that exist between therapist and client.
